We do not supply a standard package but a selection that matches your installation. With just a few figures, our specialists can already get a long way: the temperatures on both sides, the flow rate, the medium and the maximum pressure drop. If you do not know all of those values, that is no problem — the application alone is often enough to narrow the options down to two or three.

The medium on both sides, for example water or glycol

Types of heat exchangers we supply

Broadly speaking, there are three types of heat exchangers to choose from, and that choice determines the rest of the process. A gasketed model can be opened and extended later, a brazed model is more compact and permanently sealed, and a double wall model keeps drinking water separated from the other medium. We supply all three from UNEX.

From stock or custom-assembled

For many applications the right model is already on the shelf in Oosterhout. If not, we assemble a custom heat exchanger from frames, plates and gaskets, or supply it directly from UNEX. When time is short, we also look at the alternative: sometimes a slightly different model from stock today is better than the perfect model in three weeks. Whatever you choose, you will hear it from us with the reasoning behind it.
