The heat exchangers below are 1:1 replacements for the GEA M57

When the performance of your installation declines or your GEA M57 shows leakage, replacement is usually the best choice. The UNEX PBG45 makes that simple: as a 1:1 replacement it has identical port-to-port dimensions (460 × 198 mm) and the same G2" male thread connections. Installation therefore requires no modifications to the existing pipework. The PBG45 is a brazed plate heat exchanger, built from plates of AISI 316L stainless steel, copper brazed. For the M57 series we supply versions from 30 to 120 plates; replace your exchanger with the version with the same plate count. The GEA M57-50, for example, becomes the PBG45M-50. And there is no need to wait for the original supplier: some versions are in stock in our warehouse in Oosterhout (the Netherlands) and the rest are quickly available on request.
