The UNEX PBG45 replaces the GEA H57 1:1. That means: identical port-to-port dimensions (460 × 198 mm), the same G2" male thread connections and installation without modifications to the existing pipework. Old exchanger out, PBG45 in — and your installation is running again. As a brazed plate heat exchanger, the PBG45 is built from plates of AISI 316L stainless steel, copper brazed. For the H57 series we supply versions from 30 to 120 plates; take over the plate count of your current exchanger. The GEA H57-120, for example, corresponds to the PBG45H-120, and the table above shows the matching replacement for each type number. Speed is often decisive when replacing.
