With the UNEX PBG45 you replace the GEA WTT GBS757M without detours: the port-to-port dimensions are identical (460 × 198 mm), the connections are the same G2" male thread and the new exchanger therefore fits directly onto the existing pipework. You do not have to modify anything or use any adapters. This brazed plate heat exchanger is built from plates of AISI 316L stainless steel, copper brazed. The series runs from 30 to 150 plates; keep the plate count of your current GBS757M. The GEA WTT GBS 757M-34, for example, is replaced by the PBG45M-34 — the full mapping per type number is shown in the table above. Because downtime costs money, we hold stock in Oosterhout (the Netherlands): some versions are directly available from our warehouse and the other sizes are quickly available on request.
