The heat exchangers below are 1:1 replacements for the Funke GPLK30

With the TS20 from our own HEXCHANGE TS series you replace the Funke GPLK30 1:1. The port-to-port dimensions are identical (282 × 42 mm) and the connections are the same: 4× G3/4" male thread. The TS20 therefore fits directly onto the existing pipework, without adapters or modifications. The TS series combines plates of AISI 316L stainless steel with connections of AISI 304 and is suitable for working pressures up to 30 bar. The TS20 is available from 10 to 50 plates, so for every GPLK30 version you choose a replacement with the same plate count. A Funke GPLK 30-10-H-30 thus corresponds to the TS20-10; all mappings are shown in the table above. Some versions are in stock in Oosterhout (the Netherlands) and the others are quickly available on request. Matching insulation for the TS20 can easily be ordered along with it.
