Is your Funke GPL6 due for replacement? Then you do not need to go back to the original supplier. The UNEX PBU20 is the 1:1 alternative: identical port-to-port dimensions (479 × 72 mm) and the same G1" male thread connections, so the new exchanger fits the existing pipework without adapters. The PBU20 is a brazed plate heat exchanger, built from plates of AISI 316L stainless steel, copper brazed. Available from 10 to 100 plates — you simply choose the same plate count as your current GPL6. A Funke GPL 6-24-H-30 is thus replaced by the PBU20-24; the full mapping per type number is shown in the table above. We deliberately keep a large stock of the PBU20: a large share of the versions is in our warehouse in Oosterhout (the Netherlands) and can therefore be delivered quickly.
