A direct fit, without modifications to the pipework: that is the idea behind the HEXCHANGE TS40 as the 1:1 replacement for the Alfa Laval CBM30. The port-to-port dimensions are identical (250 × 50 mm), and for the CBM30 we match the SAE versions of the TS40 — the connections therefore correspond exactly to those of your current unit. Each heat exchanger is built from AISI 316L stainless steel plates with AISI 304 connections and is suitable for pressures up to 30 bar. For the CBM30 we supply versions from 20 to 100 plates — simply keep the same plate count as your current unit. The TS40-100 SAE, for example, corresponds to the CBM30-100H. Some versions are in stock in our warehouse in Oosterhout (the Netherlands); the others are available quickly on request.
