Is your Alfa Laval CB60 due for replacement? Then you do not have to go back to the original supplier. The TS71 from our own HEXCHANGE TS series is a 1:1 alternative to the CB60: the port-to-port dimensions of the connections are identical (466 × 50 mm), so your existing pipework, brackets and fittings stay exactly where they are — old unit out, new unit in. Do pay attention to the connections of your current CB60, as it comes with two connection variants. Our type numbers are aligned with that: the TS71 has 2× G1" and 2× G5/4" male thread, the TS70 has 4× G1" male thread. Both are listed among the versions above; simply choose the variant that matches your current unit. The TS series is a brazed plate heat exchanger with AISI 316L stainless steel plates and AISI 304 connections, suitable for pressures up to 30 bar. The series is available from 10 to 100 plates and in three thermal lengths (H, L and M), so there is an equivalent replacement for every CB60 version: from the CB60-10 up to and including the CB60-100.
