Shipping and Transit Times

At HEXCHANGE, service comes first. Orders in stock are always shipped within 24 hours on business days.

Our transit times are as follows:

• DHL eCommerce: 1 to 3 days in transit. Free shipping for orders over €99.
• DHL Express Economy: 1 to 2 days in transit. Shipping costs depend on the weight of your order.
• DHL Express: Only 1 business day in transit. The price is based on weight.
• Pallet Transport: 2 to 3 days in transit. Suitable for heavier shipments and completely free of charge.

Return Policy

We understand that a product may not always meet your expectations. You can return your product under the following conditions:

• The product is in its original condition.
• You have submitted your return request in writing within 90 days of the shipping date.
• The product has not been used.
• The item had a delivery time of less than 2 weeks. This means the product was not custom-made for you.

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Once we receive your return, the refund will be processed within 14 days via the same payment method you used.
